1、事前是否按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)做相容性測(cè)驗(yàn)

2、維護(hù)時(shí)間短就進(jìn)行剝離性粘結(jié)測(cè)驗(yàn)，維護(hù)溫度較低(尤其在冬天)

3、中空玻璃打膠機(jī)泵的氣壓缺乏，導(dǎo)致膠混合不勻，粘結(jié)作用要差些，同時(shí)容易形成槍頭壓力缺乏，打的膠縫不細(xì)密(密實(shí)度不行)

4、設(shè)備故障問題，導(dǎo)致膠混合作用欠安。假如打膠機(jī)的氣缸密封墊磨損的時(shí)分，就會(huì)導(dǎo)致不一致的固化劑混合入膠內(nèi)，AB泵工作行程不同步或者不匹配，AB組分混合不均勻，呈現(xiàn)花膠情況。有些在剛打完膠時(shí)還查看不出來，等膠干透了，就會(huì)透過玻璃看到花膠。可選用接連擠出測(cè)驗(yàn)來判斷一下，即在一張平板上來回打出一條蛇形的密封膠，時(shí)間維持在三到五分鐘，讓泵少運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)2個(gè)周期，查看是否存在異常情況(即所謂的軟點(diǎn))。
